The Strengthening Business Practices training series supports both center-based and family child care providers in their efforts to strengthen their knowledge in three key areas – fiscal management, marketing and staff recruitment and retention. These trainings reinforce the belief that sound business practices improve the sustainability of child care businesses which support program initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for children. Each of these training sessions provides foundational concepts around terminology, reporting, and processes.
